We are residents of the Greater Richmond region. We live in the the city and the counties. We’re a mix of long-time residents and newcomers, renters and homeowners, business owners and employees, families and individuals, citizens and immigrants, commuters, bus riders, cyclists, and pedestrians.
We want a more affordable and sustainable RVA
We see friends, family, and coworkers priced out of our area. We see sprawl consume acres of wilderness and increase the number of cars on the road. And we see an alternative. We want RVA to be an affordable and inclusive community, where housing is abundant and accessible. We can make RVA a place with homes for all.

ADU By-Right finally goes before city council this Monday! Come out and join us to support more housing in RVA.
The 2200 Ingram Ave development is also on the agenda: unused elementary school -> over 200 units of affordable housing, sponsored in part by our friends at the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust. We'll be supporting both ordinances and then getting (hopefully celebratory) drinks afterward! 🍻
